Humble beginnings
We started out over 20 years ago as a family owned tow truck company with a single tow truck and a lofty goal: we didn’t want anyone in the city of El Paso to ever be left waiting when they were in need of help on the side of the road.
That meant working long hours. Having a dispatcher available at all times. Being ready to jump out of bed when the phone rang because someone needed us. It meant never calling in sick and never saying we just couldn’t make it. It was very difficult. It was also very well worth it.
